Case Studies
Every engagement below was led personally by the founding principal. Each client engaged us for a defined outcome — a strategy decision, a target architecture, a programme recovery, a governance reset — and we were judged against that outcome.

The six engagements on this page are not a marketing reel. They were chosen because each one shows something the way we like to work: a clear problem, a clear scope, a clear deliverable and a clear outcome. They span six different sectors and four different service pillars, because most of the work we do crosses both boundaries.
Three things to look for as you read. First, the problem section in each case is described in the client's voice, not in our sales voice. We have kept the language the client team used at the time. Second, the approach section describes what we actually did, in the order we did it, including the things that did not work first time. Third, the outcomes section is conservative. We have not embellished the impact and we have rounded the numbers to make sure we are not overstating the change.
Client names, identifying figures and commercial terms have been generalised or rounded. The substance of each engagement — the problem, our approach and the measurable outcomes — is described as it was experienced by the client team. We are grateful to the clients who have given us permission to publish these accounts, and we have honoured their request that we keep the identifying detail to a minimum.
