What we advise on
Four advisory pillars, applied end to end on every engagement. The value we add is in the conversation across them — not within any one.
Strategy reviews, digital roadmaps, target operating models, transformation leadership.

→How we work
Every engagement starts with listening — a dozen interviews, then the plans and spreadsheets already on your desk. The phases below are not a methodology; they are the disciplines we bring, sized to the problem.
Interviews with executives, technology and business owners — typically seventeen to twenty sessions — plus a hard read of the existing artefacts. We leave with a picture everyone in the room agrees on.
The findings are compressed into a small number of choices the executive team must actually commit to. Trade-offs are stated out loud, so the conversation is about choices, not re-analysis.
The recommendation, in plain language, with the evidence attached. It is written to survive a board discussion and to be executable by your own team the next Monday.
Handover: delivery oversight, a governance cadence, a capability uplift. We aim to leave your team able to run the next engagement without us.

How to make an honest cloud decision when your starting point is a tangle of legacy and commercial reality.
How we are different
No commissions, no referral fees, no implementation bonuses. The advice is the advice the board needs — not the advice the market is selling.
The person you meet in the first conversation is the person who does the work. Quality of judgment comes from experience, not from headcount.
Every engagement has a written deliverable, a price and a date. We are judged against all three.
The board can read our engagement letter and our work product and know what we did, what we found, and what we recommend.
Every engagement leaves the client team better able to manage the next one without us. We do not create dependency.
What clients say
“The board signed off on a $40 million platform decision within six weeks of PML joining. What impressed us was that they told us where the analysis was thin, not just where it was strong.

“We had been through two vendors who told us what we wanted to hear. PML was the first adviser who said the programme itself was the problem, and gave us a recovery plan we could actually defend.

“The strategy document was twelve pages. Our internal teams had produced ninety. The twelve pages is the version the executive acted on.
